Terms and Conditions for Participation

  • Only original work will be accepted (no kits or imports), and the artist must be present for both days of the festival unless other arrangements have been made with show co-ordinator.

  • Artist is only allowed to show and sell work of the same type and style as represented in the images submitted with the application.

  • All artists are responsible for their own display materials. 

  • Participants will be selected by a jury. The jury's decision is final.

  • Artist must digitally submit 2 hi-res images of current work. Artist grants McCallum Cinematic Arts the rights to use these images to promote the festival in advertising and on this website.

  • Artists must submit a completed application form and waiver in order to participate.

  • Late applications are accepted on a standby basis only.

  • Booth fees are due upon acceptance and must be paid in full by November 29 or the space will be forfeited.

  • Deadline for application is November 29. Jurying will be done weekly through November 29. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by email after jurying and will be invoiced for booth fees through PayPal..

  • No alcoholic beverages and no smoking allowed; this is AISD-owned property.

  • By clicking on the link to the application below all artists agree that Mac Cinematic Arts may use the images provided for the purpose of promoting the show and the individual artists' work online and in printed materials.
